Reports
The Office of Budget Management provides assistance with the following reports:

Budget Status Report - The budget status report is distributed monthly on the last pay date of each month once the budget data is loaded into the University's financial system. The report is sorted by budget responsibility, account number and position number. Individual salary line budget data along with actual employee data are displayed. The report is also available in the Oracle Discoverer system.

Salary Savings Report - The salary savings report attempts to identify the source of a unit's salary savings, that is, the difference between the amount budgeted for salary less the combined year to date and projected salary expenditures to the end of the fiscal year. The report is distributed monthly on the last pay date of each month once the budget data is loaded into the University's financial system. Savings is summarized at the following levels: (1) budget responsibility (2) account level within budget responsibility and (3) account level by position with budget responsibility. The report is also available in the Oracle Discoverer system.

Telephone Report - The telephone report is distributed monthly. The report is sorted by budget responsibility, account number and telephone number. Monthly line charges as well as call detail are displayed on the reports.

All Funds Budget Report - The all funds budget report is printed on a quarterly basis. The report attempts to display the financial status for all types of funds groups within a budget responsibility. The report is summarized at the following levels: (1) by section within executive level (2) by section within budget responsibility (3) by account level and section within budget responsibility.
