Salary Budgets and Payroll Forms
Payroll forms such as Payroll Data Requests (PDR's), Payroll Authorization Forms (PAF's) and Salary Reallocation Forms affecting state accounts are routed through the Office of Budget Management for approval to ensure the salary and weighted budgets are adequate for payment. Forms may not be approved unless the salary budget is within budgetary guidelines. See University Regulations and Procedures Manual section 6.1.14.C for Salary Policies.
